Vicki Emlaw is an eighth-generation family farmer from Milford, Ontario, carrying forward a legacy that stretches back centuries. In 2001, she founded Vicki’s Veggie’s, and since then she has been a trailblazer in Prince Edward County’s farming community.

Her commitment to organic vegetable production has set the standard across the region, inspiring countless growers to follow her lead. For many, her roadside stand isn’t just a place to buy produce, it’s an icon of PEC food culture, a symbol of quality, integrity, and tradition.
